Return Policy
Items bought from The Hub Collective Studio can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
During this period, you are welcome to try the product and examine it just as you would in a physical store. To qualify for a return:

You may open the packaging unless the packaging is sealed.
If you decide to return an item, please inform us by either:

Please note: Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and begin processing your refund. Refunds will:

Be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (unless otherwise requested).

Be processed within 7 days of receiving the return.

Not include return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated return shipping cost: Maximum of $5.
